It's funny the seller thinks he owns the boat because he bought the land...... Boats require a Title in the State of Texas. That looks like a $300 - $800 dollar deal depending on if he has the sails and they are in good shape. It would also be very time consuming to title it. You may even lose the boat in the process if the owner of record stakes claim to it or if it was stolen. This looks like a big gamble to me.
I would look for a clean deal from a real boat owner with the Title in their name.

Really want to get a Nacra are a Hobie. Just have to keep saving and keep looking. Have to have patience and one will coming. Looking for some to sail till I can get out of school and get what I want. Wish guy would bring that 18 that was listed one here so it could checked out.
